At Bin Ibrahim Fragrances, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
Order Cancellation (Within 2 Days)
You are entitled to cancel your order within 2 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.
The cancellation period will expire 2 days from:
The date you received the goods, or
The date a third party (other than the carrier) appointed by you takes possession of the product.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us with a clear statement of your decision by email at:

Refund Process
Once we receive the returned goods, we will process your refund within 7 days.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order.
You will not be charged any additional fees for the reimbursement.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
The goods were purchased within the last 7 days.
The goods are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
The product is not damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
Non-Returnable Items
The following goods cannot be returned:
Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have passed their expiry date.
Products unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (including opened perfumes and fragrance oils).
Items that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other products.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods to us.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refunds cannot be processed without:
Actual receipt of the returned goods, or
Valid proof of return delivery.
Gifts
If the product was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you:
You will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item.
A gift certificate will be issued once the returned product is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
